“There is a lunatic fringe to the orchid world, and a fine line between the average grower and the horticulturally insane,” Eric Hansen, author of “Orchid Fever.”
“You will hear tales of murder, mayhem, betrayal and greed,” said Hansen. “These plants have a long, rich history and they stir up the deepest of human passions. People are mesmerized by them.” (more)
Who cares? NO! I mean: WHO REALLY CARES?
Do these ASSHOLES even REALIZE that there are adults and children - even college students - left jobless, homeless and hopeless after Katrina and so many tragedies.
As YOU (ERIK) are aware, MY personal anguish is for the animals - the pets - the voiceless creatures who in better times gave everything and now have no food, no shelter no water - and no voice.
And yet these creatures would gladly give their lives - not for a gulp of sewer-water - but for one last chance to say, “I LOVE YOU!”, to ANYONE.
ORCHIDS? PUH-LEEEEZE…
If these current-day flower-children have managed to divert one cent or one nanosecond of time from finding homes for these deserving and innocent babes, then may they (Please GOD!) awaken tomorrow, choked by a lonesome-and-abandoned neighborhood PYTHON, and I pray that the surviving pets in their respective neighborhoods rise up and PISS in their empty, dead eye-sockets &/or empty, dead brains &/or empty and dead hearts.
AND… may they never ( NEVER-EVER ) have another moment’s peace.
AND - they really NEED to kill themselves!
Made me crazy! (Christmas Party! Christmas Party!)
So long, and thanks for all the FISH!
