Today livejournal finally caved and added advertising to the site. as part of that they put up a new TOS which more or less said “we reserve the right to ban anyone using popup blockers”.

They forced some poor CS person to apologize. I am posting a screencap of the apology in case they take the page down, cause its too funny.
