Vajacases.com just lost my sale

An update to a post I did several months ago about poor usability for a company that sells stunning products

Dear Vaja,

I think your products are beautiful, unique, amazing, and I want to buy them. But I can’t.

Here is a screenshot of what your address page looks like on mac firefox. There is a required field somewhere on the bottom there that I could not read. I don’t know what it wants but I couldn’t proceed without it.

I know you did a redesign with lovely new colors, but you still have some of the same problems you had in your last site: too many popup windows, too many clicks, and despite the fact that I was looking at an info page for a RAZR V3i, when you took me to vajachoice.com I had to click several times to make that choice all over again. I sort of get the idea that you don’t like me as a customer.

Sorry to tear it up, but I do this for a living, and when I can’t make my way through an order process for a product that is gorgeous and fantastic, it sort of pisses me off.

Please please hire a usability pro, and good luck with the next redesign!
