The good news - bloggers in CT kicked Lieberman’s metaphorical ass in an interview and posted it to youtube.

The bad news: Barbara Boxer was there to endorse him - she was being as slippery as possible but she was still there and it’s sad.

Update: Here’s the specific thing that they were hounding him on: Legislation that would require CT emergency rooms to provide emergency contraceptives. His answer, according to the NH Register (Link requires registration, check out bugmenot):

Lieberman said he believes hospitals that refuse to give contraceptives to rape victims for “principled reasons” shouldn’t be forced to do so. “In Connecticut, it shouldn’t take more than a short ride to get to another hospital,” he said.

In this video, Barbara contradicts that and claims the interviewer “misinterpreted it”.
