		<description>Yep - I called TiVo support and gave the CSR various ways to find my accounts (Luckily I have a minimal number of junky e-mail addresses and a constant address for 10 years). She was able to find them and merge the accounts so that both of my DVRs show up. It must be a standard enough thing, as I received a templated e-mail "Your TiVo accounts have been merged."

Sounds quite different from your problem though, if this is your first TiVo and account. The CSRs seem very clueful and nice, so give them a call and see if they can help.</description>

		<description>I just bought my first Tivo (series 3) and was having the same "Sorry, there are no TiVo DVRs in your account. You can still browse TiVo Central Online, but you won't be able to record shows from the Web" problem when trying to schedule from the web.

Did you every resolve the issue?</description>
