I once priced a market-stand umbrella for my deck at Smith & Hawken ($400), and asked about warrantee: none. I bought one at Cost Plus ($60) instead. I believe that Consumer Reports has done comparisons on BBQ grills, and they'd be the place to look for data on construction, durability, etc. I’ve seen their catalogs many times, and I think they’re seriously overpriced, just like Sharper Image or any number of other such retailers.
